Get the most special piece of jewelry ASAP for Christmas before it’s too late!
IMPORTANT NOTICE for Christmas Delivery:
Deadline to get your package here with DNA inclusions (ashes, fur, hair, etc.) is December 8. The tracking number you provide should indicate the date your package is post marked regardless of when you receive the e-mail confirming our receipt of your package. You will get an e-mail sent to the address you have in your order as to when we check your package in to be in the queue.
The deadline has elapsed however for jewelry pieces with diamonds or solid gold in crown style, or anything in 14k white gold. Note that Dec 8 is the date when your package needs to gets to our location, not the day you order.
You must choose “Christmas Guaranteed” at checkout at this point and ensure your package gets here by the 8th of December. If it is here a day or two late, it may still get to you by Christmas but it is not a guarantee. We would still have you on top priority above standard and expedited orders. If you're an early bird and had ordered way ahead of time, your turnaround time still applies regardless of what you chose at checkout for shipping speed.
Checking in on status of orders:
Although it's totally fine to check in on how your jewelry is doing and if it's going to be shipped on time, it's best to assume that if you have been checked in (you received the e-mail confirming receipt of your package), then everything is right on schedule.
To calculate how long it's been in the queue of orders and when to expect your package to ship out, just count the number of business days from the day we received your package. Standard orders can take up to 60 business days to complete, Expedited up to 30 business days, and Guaranteed up to 20 business days. It may take less days but shouldn't take any longer. On a case by case, we work with you to deliver orders by a specific date.
We do our best to ensure that everything is made, packaged, and dropped off at our post office in a timely manner. One of us will reach out to you via e-mail or text if we have any questions about your order, but most likely, if everything is going well, the next e-mail you will get from us after being checked in, is the e-mail with your tracking number once your package has shipped out.
